Joe Sr. has extensive knowledge of analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.  He is highly skilled at creating Excel spreadsheet solutions and has designed numerous applications to track and analyze profit and loss, personnel, revenue, billing, and equipment.

Joe Sr. is responsible for all Operational, Marketing, and Financial matters at XSolutions.

headshot_joejrJoseph Imperato, Jr. has attained a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science at the State University of New York at Binghamton.  His experience includes over 15 years of programming on the Microsoft Windows platform with extensive database design and development expertise on various systems including Microsoft SQL Server and Access.  He has trained in various programming languages including Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications, C, C++, .NET, Sun Java, and the SQL query language.  Other areas of focus include enterprise database system development, network security, and user interface optimization.

Requests for service by phone are immediately routed to our Help Desk, documented, and directed to a technician for resolution. Emailed requests are automatically entered into our ticketing system and routed to the next available technician for customer call back and resolution.

All tickets are monitored to ensure that customers receive fast service and resolution of their issue.

During the workday, our Help Desk technicians assist customers with workstation issues. Our Tier 1 Technicians help clients with:

After hours they perform advanced operations, such as: server diagnostic and issue remediation, working tickets that require advanced technical skills, system updates, and maintenance operations.

With 24/7/365 coverage, the NOC constantly monitors our operations board, making sure client systems are up and running day and night. Often, they take care of problems that our customers are completely unaware of. It’s all part of the service!
