Great Things Are Happening At XSolutions!

We have been VERY busy over the last few months. We’ve accomplished a lot and still have more work to do. Here is what we’ve been up to:

• XSolutions’ recently converted to a Managed Services model from the normal break-fix services you’ve been accustomed to. Managed Services helps our clients save money over time through regular, scheduled monthly maintenance of their servers and workstations. See our article in this edition, “Why Managed Services Are Important” for more details.
• We have been updating our internal business systems, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our capabilities to provide you with more proactive and efficient services, such as:
  • State of the art Support Ticket System
  • A remote Help Desk to assist our customers with desktop issues
  • New Manage Services plans that will proactively protect your systems and reduce downtime
• We are increasing our social networking presence. You can now follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. We even have a blog in the works – stay tuned!
